Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce (SFIC) visited the UNIDO Investment and Technology Promotion Office (ITPO) Shanghai

On December 5, 2025, a four-person delegation led by Ms. YANG Qian, Member of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce (SFIC), visited the UNIDO Investment and Technology Promotion Office (ITPO) Shanghai. The delegation included Ms. CHEN Nan, Director of the Liaison Department; Ms. CHENG Nongxia, Deputy Director of the Liaison Department; and Ms. ZHOU Hanxiao, Cadre of the Liaison Department. They were received by Ms. Xiaolei ZHAO, Head of UNIDO ITPO Shanghai, and Ms. WANG Hui, Investment and Technology Promotion Officer. The two sides exchanged views on topics such as establishing partnerships, assisting industrial transformation, and enhancing the international perspective of enterprises, and discussed viable models for future cooperation. 

Vice Chairman YANG Qian expressed the SFIC's desire to serve as an Industrial Partner and Innovation Partner of UNIDO ITPO Shanghai. She highlighted specific areas for collaboration, including investment matchmaking, high-level event planning, technology identification, and international competency talent training. Head ZHAO Xiaolei stated that UNIDO ITPO Shanghai will continue to leverage its UN platform advantages as a technology window, investment bridge, and international network. By actively cooperating with partners, the office aims to promote resource integration and institutional innovation, providing continuous and strong support to enterprises in facilitating two-way investment and technology cooperation.
