UNIDO上海ITPO受邀出席“外商投资合肥行”，助力长三角高质量一体化发展

6月27日，为进一步融入长三角高质量一体化发展，推动区域间外商资源共通共享，受安徽省外商投资企业协会、合肥市人民政府邀请，上海市外商投资协会会长黄峰率部分会员单位、联合国工业发展组织投资与技术促进办公室主任赵晓蕾等嘉宾一行20余人来合肥市调研交流，举办以“‘沪’联创新，‘皖’手‘合’作”为主题的“外商投资合肥行”活动。省外商投资企业协会会长张箭，合肥市政府副市长赵明，常务副会长兼秘书长陈海明等参加座谈和陪同调研。

赵明副市长首先宣介了合肥投资环境和“双招双引”政策，介绍了合肥市外商投资企业的发展情况，诚邀海内外客商走进合肥、感知合肥，共享合肥高质量发展机遇。张箭会长指出，今年是长三角区域一体化发展上升为国家战略5周年，推动长三角一体化发展，是习近平总书记亲自谋划、亲自部署、亲自推动的重大战略。安徽省外商投资企业协会是“第六届至第八届中国国际进口博览会区域招商合作单位”，我们也将积极参加“中国国际投资贸易洽谈会”及“世界制造业大会跨国公司对接会”等系列活动，为服务“双招双引”及长三角一体化高质量发展贡献力量。黄峰会长提议，为推动长三角一体化高质量发展，三方应建立常态化合作机制，便于更加务实高效的进一步深入合作。座谈会上，合肥外资企业代表、上海市外商投资协会会员企业代表分别发言，合肥市高新区、经开区、蜀山经开区工作人员分别与参会嘉宾进行精准推介及交流对接，与会嘉宾围绕着合肥“芯屏汽合、集终生智”的产业链，就聚焦新能源和智能网联汽车、人工智能等产业达成了若干初步合作意向。会后，张箭、赵明及合肥市相关部门负责人与上海市外商投资协会会长黄峰、联合国工业发展组织投资与技术促进办公室主任赵晓蕾等进行了工作会谈交流。

28日，“外商投资合肥行”嘉宾先后参观了“科大讯飞”、“科大硅谷”、“中国环境谷”、合肥经济技术开发区城市会客厅、花王（合肥）有限公司，详细了解了合肥市高新区、蜀山经济开发区、合肥经济技术开发区全域产业基础、创新资源、开放平台和营商环境等相关情况。

The provincial foreign investment enterprises association president Zhang Jian, Hefei city government vice mayor Zhao Ming, executive Vice President and Secretary-general Chen Haiming, etc. participated in the discussion and accompanied the research.

Zhao Ming, vice mayor of Hefei, first introduced the investment environment of Hefei and the policy of "double recruitment and double attraction", introduced the development of foreign-invested enterprises in Hefei, and invited customers at home and abroad to enter Hefei, perceive Hefei and share the opportunities of high-quality development in Hefei. Mr. Zhang pointed out that this year marks the 5th anniversary of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region as a national strategy, and the promotion of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta is a major strategy personally planned, deployed and promoted by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Anhui Foreign Investment Enterprises Association is the "6th to 8th China International Import Expo regional investment cooperation partner", we will also actively participate in the "China International Fair for Investment and Trade" and "World Manufacturing Conference We will also actively participate in the "China International Fair for Investment and Trade" and the "World Manufacturing Conference" and other series of activities such as "Multinational Corporation Matchmaking Meeting" to contribute to the service of "double recruitment and double attraction" and the integrated high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta. President Huang Feng proposed that in order to promote the integrated and high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta, the three parties should establish a normalized cooperation mechanism to facilitate further in-depth cooperation in a more practical and efficient manner. At the symposium, representatives of foreign-funded enterprises in Hefei and member enterprises of Shanghai Foreign Investment Association made speeches, and staff of Hefei High-tech Zone, Economic Development Zone and Shushan Economic Development Zone made precise promotion and exchange and docking with the participants respectively. The participants reached a number of preliminary cooperation intentions around the industry chain of Hefei's "core, screen, auto and lifelong intelligence", focusing on new energy and intelligent networked vehicles, artificial intelligence and other industries. After the meeting, Zhang Jian, Zhao Ming and the relevant departments of Hefei City, and Shanghai Foreign Investment Association President Huang Feng, Head of UNIDO ITPO Shanghai Zhao Xiaolei, etc. had a work sharing and communication.

On the 28th, the guests of "Foreign Investment in Hefei" visited "iFlytek Co.,Ltd.", "iFlytek Silicon Valley", "China Environment Valley "Ltd. Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone City Parlor, Kao (Hefei) Co. to learn more about the industrial base, innovation resources, open platform and business environment of Hefei High-tech Zone, Shushan Economic Development Zone and Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone.
